Full Time Employment Description: Journeyman Welder/Fitter
Reports to: Production Manager
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To work in the manufacturing of our marine products, specifically welding and assembly.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cut, weld and assembly of our line of winches and other marine products.

2. Maintenance of machinery and production tools.
3. Must have a team oriented attitude and demonstrate positive behavior in performing
duties
4. Stable work history with the proven ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. MIG and Stick welding
2. Structural and pipe fitting experience.
3. Operate standard machinery tools (torch, track torch and “pickle”)
4. Ability to read and work from blueprints and sketches.
5. Forklift operator and welding certifications are a plus.
6. Must pass drug test and background check.
